Personal note: I live in Fruit Cove so if hired, I personally will be on site contributing. On the pic below, I went back and forth on Street View a few times to determine that the 3 mailboxes (MBs) clearly went to the drives for the houses I pointed them to in red. Which leaves one MB left and it's anyone's guess which of the two drives with red Xs it goes to. And what about the drive with a red question mark? Curb Numbers solve all this. newcomers see all numbers painted and know they need only look in one spot in one plane of view and they will find the address they need, enforced by sequential addressing as they get closer. Not having to scan entire house fronts in the rain or dark or both. None of this missing MB/missing numbers/dog ate my MB/went potty on it so I'm cleaning it/teens blew up my MB for a prank. Nobody vandalizes curb numbers.

Tjhe leading curb painting competitor charges $45 plus more for logo plus tip I'm sure he's incorporated in a way to get from nearly everyone. My charge for HOA all-inclusive service is 62.5-70% off in Florida ($12-$15 eacgh) - $20 min in Greater DC. Nobody else can address 100% wth such visibility in a day. (cont)
