Licensing: Below is our Business Tax Receipt from the county of our physical location, St. Johns County, FL. Under FL law Title XIV, section 205.065. Licensing not required or permitted to be required outside of St. Johns County. Municipal regulations of areas worked complied with.
Workman's Comp Insurance: Painters are independent contractors, workman's comp not required. All work done in right of way, no entry on properties. In secured/deed restricted areas where streets are private, waiver of liability will be signed upon request. If still required, I'll price it.
General Liability Insurance: Not required of Florida law by sole proprietors or independent contractors. No entry on property required - just the right of way. In 40 years of continual service, the only issue I've seen is the painting a wrong number, which is easily corrected.If still required, once you submit this bid request I will promptly use the number of homes in your HOA to price an affordable estimate for instant coverage and add to the bid my mandatory requirement to obtain the insurance as a condition before starting the work.
