eTown Master HOA Critical Address Needs

Red dots denote houses at end of cul de sac just like on HOA page. Drives meet at the street extremely close like spokes on a wheel meeting at the center. No way to distinguish any address even with mailboxes addressed. What houses do the mailboxes go to??? Anyone in Etown? I count 55 red dots. That's min. 110 Etown addresses indistinguishable to 911 at night. GPS? 911 mandated by FCC to set location destination by address, not GPS - GPS accuracy is "shooting for" WITHIN 50 METERS!
